Beautifully proportioned and nestled in a rich bushland setting with a short private path to the beach, "2 Five 4" will satisfy the most discerning guest.

Architecturally designed and master built, it has fully landscaped grounds including water features, mature plants and screens, off street parking, plus a number of private courtyards and patios.


You couldn't ask for a better location! 2 Five 4 is very close to the shops, across the road from a kids park and positioned with only a beachfront reserve between you and the pristine waters of Jervis Bay.

Take left on the level bike path to ride into Huskisson, or turn right to pedal out to Plantation Point and it's surrounding beaches.


Inside there are polished concrete floors, a double sided fireplace, split system air conditioners in all bedrooms. 

The living room and a wonderful glass feature skylight that floods the house with natural light.

There are some high areas outside that would be unsuitable for toddlers, however, the rest of the house is very family friendly.


2 Five 4 will sleep up to 10 people in total, with a maximum of 8 adults. Infants in their own cots can be additional to the maximum guest limit. 

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.

 - Master Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 are grand proportioned masters, each having Kings sized beds, private lounges, plantation shutters that open onto private decks and deluxe ensuites with freestanding baths.

 - Bedroom 3: generously sized with Queen sized bed, designer ensuite, cathedral ceilings with skylight & stunning polished dark timber floors.

 - Bedroom 4: Full guest quarters that is well equipped with lounge room, bedding to sleep four (a queen and 2 singles) and a fourth ensuite. It also has separate access.


There are a total of 4 bathrooms, two of which have freestanding baths.

A separate laundry has a top loading washing machine and dryer.


The property is unfenced and surrounded by decks and bushland.

Just walk approx 30 metres down the little track from your deck and you will find yourself standing on the white sands of Jervis Bay.

Off street parking is available for at least 2 cars.


Although unfenced, suitable pets are allowed to enjoy this property with you.

Additional Information

Parties and Functions

This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town.  Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and security deposit. 

If we get a complaint from a neighbour (they have instructions on what to do if they suspect a party), the police or one of our employees, and we can corroborate that claim in any way, you will lose your full security deposit.  No questions asked.

If you are planning a party or feel that your fellow guests will be a noisy group, please look elsewhere.


Please be aware that ADSL (fixed line broadband) internet connections are very unreliable and speeds are significantly slower than metropolitan areas. Unfortunately we have no control over this.  

There is extensive coverage of Telstra's 4G and 3G mobile network in the area if you wish to use your mobile phone.  

Where internet is advertised, we do our best to keep it online, however, please don’t plan your holiday around a reliable internet connection.

Arrivals and Departures

Wherever possible, we will contact you the day before to offer early arrival and/or late departure.

If you don't hear from us, we ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking (where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm we will let you know that you can check in early).  Departure is strictly 10am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests. 

Standard Inclusions

We provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats.  We will even have the beds made for you when you arrive!

The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is "Spray and Wipe", detergent, dishwashing tablets and dishcloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like Gladwrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics (and often more!) including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.

Bathrooms have shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.

There is laundry detergent supplied for the washing machine.

Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost.

If you find something that you would expect to have at YOUR holiday home is missing, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange it.

We had two families of five each staying at 254 over the weekend. We were all genuinely impressed by the spaciousness, cleanliness and how well appointed the property is. Kids and parents alike were sorry that the weekend was so short. We would all have gladly stayed there much longer and enjoyed the house and location. We were impressed by the small touches like stocking the fridge with just enough milk for morning coffee and by how smooth the experience was pre and post rental.
