A LUXURIOUSLY APPOINTED HOME ON THE SHORES OF JERVIS BAY
The White House offers waterfront reserve access to Collingwood Beach, a two kilometre stretch of sand with pristine waters in the Jervis Bay National Park a 2.5 hr drive from Sydney and 2hrs from Canberra.
Privacy has been a key element in the design, once inside you are completely insulated from the outside save for the views which incorporate the whole bay across to the lighthouse on Point Perpendicular.
The White House has accommodation for up to 8 people with all rooms individually reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning or heated. In summer the high ceilings and cool marble floor keeps you at the perfect temperature.
Open plan lounge/dining and kitchen overlooks the beautiful bay which changes during every season.
An integrated C-Bus music and lighting system allows for piped music to the courtyard, internals and the entertaining deck and allows for dimming of all lights in these areas.
Pay TV is connected to the 50” plasma and the downstairs home theatre and main bedroom. Wireless broadband available.
The main bedroom has a Queen bed, ensuite and walk-in robe. The second bedroom has a double bed, built in robes and is next door to the main bathroom which has a spa-bath, separate shower and an integrated laundry with washer/dryer.
There is an internal, therefore very private courtyard which has an in-ground concrete plunge pool complete with spa jets, 2 sunbathing lounges and a breakfast table for 2.
The view whilst cooking up a storm in this Gourmet kitchen is indescribable. With “Miele” appliances , an integrated coffee machine, steamer, “pyrolytic” oven and a huge double glass door fridge you are certain to eat and drink well whilst holidaying at The White House.
A separate cocktail bar is adjacent to the kitchen and pool area.
Child proof self-close security screens lead to the pool area.
The downstairs living area incorporates the 5 seat home theatre with 96” screen with projector and a self –contained studio which can accommodate up to 4 people.
With a Queen bed and 2 single beds, it is perfect for granny and grandpa or a family with 2 kids as there is a kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, microwave and sink, plus full bathroom with bath and dual shower heads.
There is also an external shower on the beachside for washing off your sand and salt before stepping back into your oasis.
The undercover deck overlooking the beach has a huge BBQ and outdoor dining furniture therefore perfect for those long lazy summer lunches. Whether it is a hot or rainy afternoon you will be protected from the elements.
The house has a back-to-base alarm system and a 2 car garage with automatic garage door with a parking space for 1 car and/or boat.

"From the moment we opened the door to this amazing place, the view of the shining sea filled our faces with joy. The expansive living room is huge and plenty of space to watch TV and play card games. The outdoor patio is equally huge, with a great BBQ to cook for the group while having a couple of beers overlooking the amazing view. The photos of the living room and balcony don't do this place justice. The double shower on the ground floor is amazing and I had the best shower I've had in my life. Behind the house is a wonderful beach, soft enough sand to play beach games, but also with a wonderful reef full of fish, we even saw a Port Jackson shark. Also fishing is allowable at the beach directly behind the house."
