The property is perfectly designed to accommodate for an extended family, 2 larger families or 4 couples. With 2 completely separate tv/lounge areas the kids can have their fun too!
The upstairs lounge opens onto a large deck with a BBQ and entertainment area.
Whilst sipping a wine, soaking up the sun or cooking a delicious lunch on the BBQ enjoy the distraction of the beautiful View.
The house is positioned on the high side of the street and approximately 5 min walking distance to Greenfields, Blenheim Beach and the White Sands Walk.
The fully equipped, open plan kitchen with bar looks over the large dining room table and lounge area with windows all around to capture the bushy outlook.
The main bedroom offers an ensuite, walk in-robe and access to the upper deck.
Furnished with modern furniture and located in a quieter area of Vincentia Lighthouse View is a perfect getaway from the city rush.

Lighthouse view was a fantastic house for large groups for holidays. We (5 of us) stayed with some relatives from Germany (4 of them) and there was plenty of room for all of us. There was nothing out of place and best of all the house was spotless inside and out. the kitchen was very well equipped for us, the dining table was huge and the bathrooms brand new. There was even a possum to keep us entertained in the evenings.Also a bower birds nest next door. The separate lounge rooms worked well and beds were comfy. This holiday house was perfect for us all!

We had a great time at the Lighthouse View. The house was spacious and had a good set up with separate upstairs and downstairs living areas. The house was also very child friendly with highchair, cot and safety gate provided. We also loved the local beach, it was great for the kids and there was also a puppy friendly beach very close by.
